A 20m maul from the Glasgow pack makes some good yards but Horne sends the ball out on the full so we come back for a Bath scrum on the 10m line

Ford gets us underway on a glorious day in Glasgow

Hello and welcome to Ultimate Rugby's coverage of the inaugural weekend of the European Champions Cup.
Both sides have enjoyed a good start to the season with Glasgow losing for the first time last weekend in Ravenhill. Bath have also been impressive with a resounding 45-0 demolition of Leicester.
Both teams have named near full strength sides barring a few notable names out through injury. The battle of the back lines will be very interesting this afternoon. Glasgow have Lions in their side in the form of Hogg and Maitland while Bath have the centre partnership of Eastmond and Joseph both of which can create tries from nothing.
Kick off is coming up in 5 minutes so stay tuned for live scores from Scotstoun

Missed out Peter stringer on the bench

Bath have won five of their six games against Glasgow in this competition, losing one. Glasgow warriors averaged more carries (131) and metres (489) than any other Heineken Cup side last season.
