The Springboks are dominating the breakdown. They are getting good change from committing to the ruck. Most recently Duane Vermeulen forces a penalty. Steyn gets good yardage with the penalty.

De Villiers almost succeeds with an attempted intercept. But the ball goes to deck but Barnes rules it as a knock on and awards a scrum. Cue 3/4 reset scrums.

The Springboks are perfectly happy to play with out the ball. They insist on kicking in behind but some persistent chasing piles the pressure on the poor Frenchman who fields the kick and is swarmed by 3 green jerseys immediately!
