A youthful England side host the USA in an international friendly. England had a disappointing 2021 Six Nations campaign, finishing fifth with just two victories (Italy and France) and three defeats (Scotland, Wales and Ireland). The USA lost all four of their matches at the 2019 Rugby World Cup, including a 45-7 defeat to England. These sides have met on six occasions, with England winning all of them. The USA have won just one match in the professional era against Tier 1 opponents other than Japan, beating Scotland in 2018 in Houston, overturning a 13-24 half-time deficit to prevail 30-29.
