There's always a camera at each game for video analysis. I'd guess that there's not the perceived demand for a game in Newport to warrant a live broadcast. That said with the Pro 12's blessing someone could easily set up a facebook livestream. And have HD highlights on YouTube a few days later.

I'm paying more attention to UR than to the game here :)
