Definitely a penalty, potentially a yellow, I don't have any beef with that - but play had moved on and only when the referee saw it on the big screen, did they go back to have a look. TMO is ruining the game! Officials need to decide on the spot whether to penalise for foul play. We have a citing commissioner to look back in hindsight at incidents
