Welcome to Waikato Stadium for this round 9 fixture between the Chiefs and the Hurricanes. The Chiefs have been in tremendous form, having completely turned their season around. They have taken what was an awful start to the season, as well as a continuation of last season, and turned it on its head to place themselves second on the log coming into today's match! The Hurricanes also didn't have the greatest start to the season, but their woes have continued through until now. Their only win was from a 19-30 triumph over the Highlanders back in March.
