The Chiefs manage to steal the ball off the Highlanders feed and get the ball into touch resulting in the ref blowing for half time

The half time siren sounds but , the Highlanders have time to take the line out

Slightly unfortunate but, the Chiefs go down to 14 men just before half time with their talisman being sent to the sin bin for a dangerous tackle. Ngatai goes into contact on Dixon who seems to jump into it a little, he does a full flip and lands on his side

The ref and the assistant consult the TMO on the matter to get clarity

A nasty unfortunate collision between Ngatai and Elliot Dixon sees the latter being up ended and coming down awkwardly

Retallick goes on a run but, he looses the ball in the tackle and the Highlanders come away with the ball

The Chiefs in possession now after taken in the box kick and they launch an attack

The Highlanders now have the line out feed and the Chiefs bring down Aaron Smith
