The Cardiff Blues host their Welsh rivals the Ospreys in a delayed round 1 Anglo-Welsh Cup encounter.
The Blues are bottom of Pool 3 but they do have a game in hand after a bye in the opening round. They went down heavily in round 2 away to the Exeter Chiefs 62-25 and will look to bounce back from that encounter by registering their first win in the competition.
The Ospreys also bring up the rear in Pool 2, but like their opponents also had a bye in the opening week of fixtures. They went down narrowly at home to Harlequins 12-15 in round 2 and will also be looking to notch up their first Anglo-Welsh cup victory of the season.
