An exciting half comes to close with the home side in the lead. The Blues have been superb on defense during the first half and used that platform to restrict the Crusaders from scoring. The Blues did struggle in the line out , and as a result the Crusaders were gifted plenty of opportunities to attack. The Crusaders will have to get their defense sorted as the Blues were able to punch holes through them with relative ease. A second half awaits and one can expect even more fireworks.

The Blues attack off the line out and punch through the Crusaders defense to set up the ruck. The ball is recycled and passed through the hands in the back line resulting in a well deserved try being scored by the home side

The Blues defense manage to win a turn over but, again West opt for the kick and it goes into touch off a Crusaders boot
