The home side lie in third position on the Championship table, with three wins and two defeats from their five matches. They are coming off a 37-26 away victory over Counties Manukau and will look to continue on their winning ways in front of their home crowd.
Defending champions, Taranaki, had a tough start to the competition, losing their opening three matches, but have since bounced back with two wins in a week. They are coming off a 50-7 thumping of Northland and will look to build on this with a third consecutive victory.
