A former England u16 international, Borrowdale is a young second row prospect who came up through the ranks at Yorkshire Carnegie.
He has spent time on loan at Sheffield and Hull Ionians in the National Leagues and now links up with Rotherham Titans in the Championship ahead of the 2017/18 season.
