Jeffries joined Bristol after impressing during the 2014/15 Aviva A League.
The lock made his debut in the B&I Cup victory over Ulster 'A' in January 2015.
Sam Jeffries agreed professional terms with Bristol Rugby in the summer of 2016.
Before the start of the 2017-18 Championship campaign, Jeffries had represented Bristol on 10 occasions.
Jeffries has gone on to become a standout performer for Pat Lam's men as Bristol made an immediate return to the Premiership.
He heads into the new 2018/19 season having made 50 appearances for Bristol, scoring 50 points.
