Worcester Warriors sign Ben Te'o

Worcester have set a clear intention to dominate in the upcoming 2016/17 Premiership the with the signing of Leinster midfielder Ben Te'o. This comes after two powerful seasons for Leinster in the Pro 12 and European Champions Cup.
New Zealand native, Te'o has enjoyed an impressive League career with Wests Tigers, Brisbane Broncos and South Sydney Rabbitohs before representing Samoa in the 2008 Rugby World Cup. He also featured seven times for Queensland in the Australian State of Origin series amassing a notable 43 tries in 151 appearances before making his Leinster debut in October 2014. He has since made 23 appearances scoring five tries for the Irish team.
"Ben is a really exciting talent and has proved he is more than capable of transferring his skills from League to Union. His experience and power in the centre will add further depth to our midfield and we're looking forward to him joining up with the side,” says Warriors Director of Rugby Dean Ryan.
