WATCH: Antoine Dupont's incredible form continues as he leads Toulouse to convincing win

Sunday's TOP14 action saw a top-four clash tap place with then second-placed Toulouse hosting fourth-placed Stade Francais.

Having rested a number of their stars last time out against Montpellier, Toulouse fielded a near full-strength side minus a few injured stars.

In a star-studded backline, halfback Antoine Dupont was one of the standouts once again, along with centre Sofiane Guitoune who is making a real claim for a test recall, as Toulouse ran in seven tries to Stade Francais three to claim a 48-24 victory to go top of the log.

Toulouse's first try of the game came in the 17th minute of the game following a scrum. Toulouse were superb on attack the entire game and kept a very high tempo with minimal rucks.

Dupont kept the pace for the first try as back-rower Antoine Miquel found a gap through the defence to score.

Just four minutes later Toulouse had their second try with Dupont the man edging his name on the scoresheet.

The scrumhalf showed off his superb support line after centre Sofiane Guitoune picked off a poor pass by Stade Francais flyhalf Joris Segonds.

Guitoune sprinted over the halfway line and passed to Dupont just outside the 22 for the scrumhalf to run in for the try.

Some slick offloading following a clearance from Segonds saw Yoann Huget go in for his first of two tries.

A penalty before the half time whistle saw Toulouse lead 22-3 at the break.

Marcos Kremer grabbed a try for Stade Francais early in the second half.

Toulouse's counter-attack was firing on Sunday as Zack Holmes started this wonderful attack from inside his own half.

Toulouse spread the ball wide to Guitoune who ripped through the defence before sending out a wide ball out to Matthis Lebel just six minutes onto the second half.

Toulouse went from coast to coast following a turnover as Thomas Ramos hoofed the ball upfield.

Stade Francais failed to deal with the clearance allowing it to bounce. Dupont produced a moment of magic as he brilliantly tapped on the ball to Lebel under pressure and the speedster ran in the try to give Toulouse a 34-10 lead.

Stade Francais got one back for themselves with Jonathan Danty continued his fine form finishing off a try in the 55th minute.

A penalty try in the 59th minute put Toulouse even further in front and just after the hour mark, Toulouse were on the board again as Yoann Huget finished off a wonderful team try from deep inside their own 22.

Dupont left the field after the Huget's second try having produced another superb performance.

Replacement Ryan Chapus dotted down for Stade Francais in the 64th minute with Segonds adding the extras in what would be the final points scored in the game.

Full Time: Toulouse 48-24 Stade Francais.
