NSW Waratahs captain Jake Gordon has signed a two-year extension to remain in Australian Rugby until the end of 2025.
Gordon is the latest to commit beyond the British and Irish Lions tour, with the likes of Waratah teammates Charlie Gamble, Jed Holloway and Angus Bell confirming their future in the past month.
The scrumhalf has stepped up as leader for the Waratahs since 2019, named best back in their last two seasons.
"I'm really excited to be re-signing with the Waratahs and Australian Rugby for another two years," Gordon said in a statement.
"I've been fortunate enough to play for this team for a number of years now and I believe that we have a group of players and coaches who are all committed to building something special here in New South Wales.
“It’s an incredibly exciting time for Australian Rugby and something that I’m desperate to continue to be a part of.
“We’ve got a World Cup this year and a home British Irish Lions tour in 2025, so there’s no place I’d rather be to try and push my claims to wear Wallaby gold."

Gordon has been a regular in the Wallabies set-up, playing ten games under Dave Rennie in 2022.
This included starting both Bledisloe Test along with against Italy and Wales on the Spring Tour.
