Ulster v Scarlets:

Daf Hughes will captain Scarlets for the first time on Friday against Ulster. Dwayne Peel takes a fresh-faced line-up to his old stamping ground with the starting XV showing seven changes from the team that took the field against Bristol last weekend.

Ryan Conbeer and Dane Blacker are the only survivors behind the scrum with injury and international calls impacting selection.

Aaron Shingler has overcome the back issue that forced him to withdraw late on from the Bears game and is named among the replacements.


Dragons v Benetton Rugby:


Dean Ryan makes nine changes as the Men of Gwent look to bounce back against the Italians after the European loss out in Treviso. Wales international Ross Moriarty returns to the starting line-up for the first time since the autumn and captains the side after being released back from the national squad this week.

Fly half Davies will make his 50th Dragons appearance and 150th league appearance at Rodney Parade on Friday night.

Ospreys v Edinburgh:

Stephen Myler returns to the starting lineup, partnering Captain Rhys Webb as the half backs. Last week's try-scorer Harri Deaves makes his first start in the United Rugby Championship.

Off the bench, Gareth Anscombe returns from Welsh camp with Reuben Morgan Williams and Tiaan Thomas Wheeler completing the backline cover. Elvis Taione, Rhodri Jones and Rhys Henry provide the front row cover with Morgan Morris and last week's debutant Huw Sutton completing the matchday 23.

Cardiff Rugby v Leinster:

James Botham returns to the Cardiff side as the Blue and Blacks prepare to welcome defending URC champions, Leinster on Saturday.

Due to international call-ups, Dai Young has made seven changes to the starting XV that faced the English champions, with Josh Adams, Rhys Priestland, Willis Halaholo, Tomos Williams, Seb Davies, Ellis Jenkins and James Ratti unavailable.
