Top 14 Highlights: Pau vs Toulouse

Pau got back to winning ways with a hard fought home win against Toulouse in the Stade du Hameau. Pau got off to a great start with an early try from Lespiaucq from a rolling maul. The rest of the first half featured few opportunities for both teams. Taylor nailed 2 penalties in the last 5 minutes of the half to put his team 11-3 up going into the half. Toulouse came out for the second half looking hungry and they got off to a great start with a brilliant team try finished off by Mjekevu in the corner. Toulouse looked like they would push on and get another score with only trailing by 1 point but they failed to take their opportunities. Toulouse were handed more of an advantage when Puech was sent off for a spear tackle with 10 minutes to go but they failed to get any score and Pau held out to win the game.
