Unlikely as it may seem in the tribal world of club rugby, Tom Wood, the
Northampton Saints flanker, spent last weekend supporting Saracens.

He had
family round for the weekend and was aware of his responsibility as a host
and also that it was rather sad if, on a rare weekend when he could switch
off from the game, he immediately reached for the remote to switch it back
