Thomas dropped as Penaud returns for France

Fabien Galthie has made one enforced and one tactical switch to his starting XV to face Scotland on Sunday in round 4 of the Six Nations.

Scotland go in search of another Murrayfield triumph over Grand Slam hopefuls France this weekend but face a strong French side that has only been boosted by the return of Damian Penaud and the addition of experienced loosehead Jefferson Poirot. France passed a big test in their bid to be crowned champions for the first time in a decade when they beat Wales last time out, and now Scotland, buoyed by a win over Italy, will be the next side to try and burst Les Bleus' bubble.

Poirot replaces the injured Cyril Baille at loosehead prop while Teddy Thomas has returned to Racing 92 with Damian Penaud returning from injury to start in his place.

Julien Marchand and Mohamed Haouas retain their starting jumpers with the South African born pair of Bernard Le Roux and Paul Willemse locking down in the second row. 

The back row remains unchanged with Gregory Alldritt, Dylan Cretin and Charles Ollivon completing the pack. The in-form pair of Dupont and Ntamack start once more at 9 and 10.

Gael Fickou continues to feature on the wing with Arthur Vincent and Virmi Vakatawa in the midfield with Anthony Bouthier rounding out the team.
