The Rebels edge the Brumbies 19-17 after they led 13-12 at halftime. An early yellow card for the Rebels in the second half saw the Brumbies score their third try to lead 17-13. The Rebels closed the gap to a single point with a penalty with about a quarter of the match to play. Then, with just three minutes to play, the Rebels added another penalty which saw them claim a two-point victory.
