Stuart Lancaster: England paid for lack of discipline
Stuart Lancaster, England head coach, said his side's lack of discipline and inexperience proved costly in the 19-9 defeat by Ireland - but refused to surrender hopes of winning the RBS Six Nations title this season.

England conceded 13 penalties in total - including seven after just 33 minutes - as Lancaster's side were guilty of a slow start for the third match in succession which proved fatal.
