Star centre returns to Wallabies

Wallaby fans will be excited to see the return of Samu Kerevi who comes into the squad to bolster the stocks ahead of the Rugby Championship. 

It is a significant selection as Kerevi is currently a foreign-based player plying his trade with Suntory Sungoliath in Japan. However, the ‘Giteau Rule’ allows the Wallabies to select two foreign-based players who boast less than 60 international caps. 

The last time that Kerevi turned out for the Wallabies was in the 2019 World Cup and, most recently, he did duty with the 7s team at the Tokyo Olympics.
