Springbok flanker Siya Kolisi is expected to make his long-awaited return to action this weekend.
The Springbok captain has been sidelined with a knee injury since May and there has been some speculation whether he would be fit in time for the Rugby World Cup in Japan.
However, he is likely to feature for Western Province in the Currie Cup this weekend while the Springboks look to wrap up the Rugby Championship in Argentina.

Kolisi has been working with Western Province since the Springboks left for their tour of New Zealand and Argentina and could even start this weekend's Currie Cup clash against the Pumas at Newlands.
"Siya [Kolisi] is fit to play" Western Province head coach John Dobson told SA Rugby Mag
"I think our plan with Siya is to start him. He will give the team a lot of confidence. That is the one thing the team needs."
"When you lose a game, no matter you have deserved to win it, the change room is like a mortuary afterwards. Just his presence will make a big difference. He won’t captain the side."
There are still concerns for the Springboks however as Dobson confirmed that Damian Willemse could only be fit to play against the Cheetahs in two weeks’ time.
Kolisi's return this weekend could see him feature in the reserve fixture against Argentina on 17 August.
