World Cup-winning Springbok captain Siya Kolisi has been linked with a move to Paris after the 2023 Rugby World Cup.
Kolisi currently plies his trade with the Sharks in the United Rugby Championship having signed an extension until 2027.
However, Racing 92 have reportedly renewed their interest in the flanker with Wenceslas Lauret set to leave the side at the end of the season.
The Parisian club were interested in signing Kolisi last year but he opted to remain in South Africa.
Speaking to Rugby Rama, Kolisi admitted that he would like to play in France one day:
"I want to play in France, like John Smit who also played there. It would be a great experience but I'm still under contract with the Sharks and linked to South Africa."
The report states that Racing are not the only club interested with Toulon also keen on Kolisi's services but adds that Racing are better positioned financially to fit his salary demands in their cap.
If Racing were to sign Kolisi, it would come at a fee as he is contracted until 2027 and the club would need to buy him out of that contract.
