Six Nations Countdown: Brian O'Driscoll
- 1644
Thirteen days until the 2023 Six Nations gets underway and no better way than to highlight one of the greats. Brian O'Driscoll was one of the most feared midfielders of his time and went on to play well over 100 test matches.
O'Driscoll started every one of his 65 Six Nations games for Ireland winning 70% of those games. He was named player of the tournament in 2006, 2007 and 2009 and who could forget the hat-trick of tries against France to propel Ireland to their first win in Paris in 28 years in the 2000 Six Nations?
He won the Triple Crown four times and two Six Nations titles with a Grand Slam in 2009.
