Graham Rowntree is set to be confirmed as the new head coach at Munster Rugby, according to the Limerick Leader.
The current forward's coach at the Province has reportedly accepted the role of head coach after being offered it in recent days.
The former England and British & Irish Lions international is set to succeed Johann van Graan next season with the South African taking up a role with Premiership Club Bath.
Rowntree signed a two-year contract extension with Munster in January with the deal set to keep him at the Province until at least June 2024.
Before joining Munster in October 2019, Rowntree worked with Georgia at the 2019 Rugby World Cup.
He also held coaching roles with England, Harlequins, Leicester Tigers and the British and Irish Lions.
Along with van Graan, Australian Stephen Larkham will return to the Brumbies where he will take over as the side's head coach while JP Ferreira follows van Graan to Bath.
