Roddy Grant completes Cockerill coaching team

Club centurion and former back-row talisman Roddy Grant has been confirmed as the final appointment to Richard Cockerill’s Edinburgh coaching team ahead of the 2017/18 season.

Grant steps up from his position in the Scottish Rugby Academy to the role of Assistant Forwards Coach, to work under the tutelage of Head Coach Cockerill, with Attack Coach Duncan Hodge and Defence Coach Calum MacRae already confirmed last week.

Forwards Coach Stevie Scott moves on from the club after a number of years’ service, with thanks for his contribution both as a player, with 99 caps for Edinburgh, and latterly as a coach. Scott played an important role in the club, particularly in developing young talent, and leaves with our best wishes for the future.
