PRO14 Highlights: Edinburgh Rugby v Ulster Rugby
Ulster continued their unbeaten start to the Pro14 season with a 43-14 away hammering of Edinburgh. Ulster got off to a dream start with a try just two minutes in to lead 7-0. Ulster crossed for their second try midway through the first half to extend their lead out to 12-0. It was all Ulster and a third score five minutes later extended their advantage to 19-0. Edinburgh needed a response and hit back with a try to get on the board as they headed into the halftime break trailing 19-7. An Edinburgh try five minutes into the second half saw them narrow the deficit to just five points at 19-14. Edinburgh had their tails up and thought they had their third try 52 minutes in as a penalty attempt struck the post, with the hosts regathering to score, but the try scorer was in front of the kicker. Ulster regained control of the match around the hour mark as they crossed for the bonus point try, with Edinburgh picking up a yellow card in the process to go down to 14 players. Momentum had turned back in the visitors favour as they completely bossed the final twenty minutes, running in a further three tries to seal the rout and make it eight straight wins.
