Pro 14 Top Performers - Round 2
- 1820
Round 2 of season is behind us and another week that dished up a few shock results. Here are you weekends top performers
Adam Hastings - Glasgow Warriors:
Hastings was superb in the 25-10 defeat of Munster on Friday. When he wasn't breaking the advantage line he was putting players in gaps overs it. 2 try assists on the night and just beats Stuart Hogg to the honour
Craig Gilroy - Ulster:
Man of the Match on the day he topped most of the attacking stats in a game that was settled by just 1 point over Edinburgh. A try with 10 minutes to go that all but sealed the win before Hickey and Cooney traded kicks at the death.
Jarrad Butler - Connacht:
12 from 12 tackles in a game where he looked to be absolutly dominating proceedings.
Jake Ball - Scarlets:
A solid 63 minutes from the Welsh lock and he got through plenty of hard yards on the night to help his side to a thrilling 23-21 win over LEinster at Parc Y Scarlets
Tomasso Allan - Benetton Rugby:
The pivot guided his side to their 2nd win with a masterclass performance against Cardiff Blues. All he was missing was a drop kick to complete his full house but I am sure the win will do fine.
