Gloucester get their first home game in the campaign underway against current champions Saracens at Kingsholm on Friday night.
Last time these met James Hook kicked a monster penalty to win it 24-23 in the final play of the match.
Gloucester loosehead Paddy McAllister is set to make his home debut and has spoken about how he is itching to test himself out against the best.
"A challenge against Saracens is exactly what we want. We have had a great pre-season refining a lot of our phases and techniques and everyone's chomping at the bit to play against the champions, and i don't think there's a better time to play them than your first home game of the season."
Saracens welcome back M.Vunipola, Owen Farrell and George Kruis to the starting line up, while Richard Wigglesworth will return from the bench.
Neil de Kock has spoken about how the champions are out for revenge.
"Gloucester last season was tough, that was a turning point for them if you look from where they went from there and they will be a formidable team this year"

11/10/14 Saracens 28 - 21 Gloucester
