NZR Board Appointments and Remunerations Panel confirmed

New Zealand Rugby (NZR) and the NZR Stakeholder Panel have today confirmed the six-person Appointments and Remunerations Panel (ARP). 

The ARP plays a crucial role in the appointment process and will shortlist, interview and select the nine NZR Board members. NZR’s voting members will then vote to ratify the appointees in December.

The members of the ARP are:

• Mike Eagle 
• Peter Kean
• Kirsten Patterson
• Neil Paviour-Smith
• Rachel Taulelei
• Pauline Winter.

The Chair will be selected by the ARP at its first meeting.

Agreement has also been reached to extend the date for applications until 31 October 2024, allowing the ARP to consult directly with recruitment company Sheffield before applications close.
