Munster without Healy for Clermont clash

As Munster prepare for the monumental challenge in the shape of Clermont for their Round 2 Champions Cup clash, they will have to do so without Ben Healy, who has been ruled out of the fixture after brutal treatment at the hands of Harlequins in Round 1.

"He did really well, kicked a magnificent penalty. We're very worried about him, he took two late hits there,” said Munster boss Johann van Graan after the match.

“We're going to get him checked out now. Certain things in the game are just unacceptable. He's now got injured because of that.”

On a positive note, Jeremy Loughman and Niall Scannell are back in full training and Matt Gallagher shoulder surgery last week proceeded well.

Munster are one from one in the Champions league with their victory over ‘Quins last week. A much tougher challenge awaits this weekend, however.
