Looking back at last seasons Pro 14 performers

The 2018/19 season is just 3 days away and as the anticipation of a new season starts to reach boiling point we take a look at some of the leading players and teams.
John Cooney - Ulster:
Not only did he top the points scoring for the season but tied Luke McGrath (Leinster) for the most Try Assists with 11. Cooney topped it off with 24 line breaks and 23 defenders beaten in his 19 Pro 14 games
Barry Daly - Leinster:
The Leinster fullback scored 12 tries in the season with just 15 games played, averaging a try every 75 minutes. Craig Gilroy managed a better strike rate with 10 tries in 10 Pro14 games.

Leinster:
Last seasons Champions boasted a 97% success rate at ruck time. They won 2306 of the 2376 contests they entered in to. Scoring 89 tries averaging 28 points per game.
The tackle Kings:
They may not have had the best season but they sure know how to put their bodies on the line. Bobby de Wee (262), Andisa Ntsila (222) & Tienie Burger (202) all made over 200 tackles for the season.
Edinburgh's deadly runners:
2 of top 3 runners came from Edinburgh with Duhan vd Merwe and Blair Kinghorn collectively beating 135 defenders last season.
Scarlets:
Scarlets had the most players in the top 10 for offloads with Steff Evans and Johnny McNichol making 4th and 7th respectively as they provided their side with 46 offloads.
Cheetahs:
The Cheetahs scored more tries (33) away from home than any other side in Conference A while Munster scored 53 tries at home the highest total in the Conference.
