Jason Woodward agrees Bristol Rugby switch

Bristol Rugby have secured the signing of Jason Woodward from the Super Rugby champions, the Hurricanes.

“Jason is an excellent acquisition for Bristol Rugby and a player who has consistently impressed in the Super Rugby competition,” Director of Rugby Andy Robinson.

"...For Jason, this is a fresh challenge for him and we know he’ll be determined to make his mark in the Premiership.”

Jason has made 43 appearances in Super Rugby for Melbourne Rebels and the Hurricanes, grabbing 252 points.

He represented New Zealand U20s, helping the team to the 2010 IRB Junior World Championship title in Argentina.
