What an exciting start to the Women's Six Nations, with a full time score of England 52 - 10 Scotland. England did what they hoped for and got their 12th unbeaten run in the Championship. Seven tries to England by: M. Packer, L. Riley, L. Davies, B. Cleall, J. Breach, H. Rowland and P. Cleall, as well as a penalty try awarded in the 77th minute. J. Breach added a further 10 points in respect of five conversions. Yellow cards issued to: P. Cleall in the 51st minute and to L. Davies in the 57th minute. Just one try for Scotland by Hannah Smith and 5 points added by H. Nelson in respect of a penalty and conversion. Yellow cards issued to L. Thomson in the 36th minute and L. McMillan in the 78th minute as well as a Red card to M. Wright in the 64th minute, just moments after entering the field as a substitution. England secured the bonus point and take 5 points for their win.
