Glasgow Warriors going into the Champions cup

The Glasgow Warriors secured their return to the Champions Cup with a fourth-place finish in the United Rugby Championship in 2022/23. After finishing runner-up in the EPCR Challenge Cup last term, they’ll be hoping for continued success in EPCR competition this season.

Glasgow Warriors will welcome Northampton Saints in a tasty-looking Anglo-Scottish clash.   

“Whenever Scotland play England in anything, there’s always that bit of rivalry,” said Glasgow centre Stafford McDowall. “It gets everyone excited when the European balls come out; there’s a bit of a buzz around the place.  

“It’s the best players, so it’s exciting during the week knowing you’re going to get to test yourself against these guys.”
