PRO 12
Newport Gwent Dragons 23-13 Leinster
Despite the result, Leo Cullen will take some positives from tonight's encounter - the young Dan Leavy performing particularly well.
Dragons celebrate a hard fought and deserved win that elevates them past Zebre in second last position. Tovey with a particularly strong performance and late penalty kick to deny Leinster a losing bonus point.
Aviva Premiership
Northampton Saints 11-24 Wasps
Wasps go into 5th in the Aviva Premiership after a superb first half performance in Northampton.
The away side raced into a 24-3 lead in the opening 30 minutes after tries from Dan Robson, Josh Bassett and man of the match Rob Miller.
The first half performance was enough to get Wasps over the line as Northampton could only respond late on through a try from Sam Dickinson.
Saints boss Jim Mallinder will be disappointed about how sloppy his side were in defence, letting int 2 soft tries in the first half.
The home sides attack was also very poor, partly due to the weather conditions.
Meanwhile for Dai Young's Wasps side, they can celebrate a first win at Franklin Gardens in over a decade.
