Vince Aso re-signs with the Hurricanes
Hurricanes utility back Vince Aso has penned a new two-year deal with the Hurricanes through to 2020.
The 23-year-old has reportedly turned down salaries in France starting around $500,000 (NZD) per-season. Full story
Aussie 7s to part ways with Andy Friend
Rugby Australia has confirmed Australian Men’s Sevens Coach Andy Friend will not have his contract renewed after it expires in July.
Friend, who guided the Aussie men to a drought-breaking tournament victory at the HSBC Sydney 7s in January, has been at the helm of the men’s program since January 2016. Full story
