Currie Cup Highlights: Sharks vs Toyota Cheetahs

Full Time: Sharks 38 - 31 Cheetahs. A really exciting game from beginning to end and Cheetahs were just a little unlucky losing J. Potgieter to a Red card in the 43rd minute, putting on the pressure for them in the second half. Six tries for the Sharks by: T. Abrahams who scored two, K. van Vuuren who scored two, H. Venter, and C. Wright .B. Chamberlain added a further eight points in respect of four conversions. Yellow cards issued to H. Venter in the 75th minute and E. van Heerden in the 76th minute. Four tries to the Cheetahs by: E. Boshoff, C. Barry, C. Dawson and R. Ebersohn. B. Thomson added a further eleven points in respect of  three penalties and a conversion. Sharks secured a bonus point and take five points for their win, while Cheetahs take away two points. Cheetahs will take on Griquas on Wednesday 18/08/21.
