Connacht squad update

The Connacht management team have released the latest squad update ahead of Saturday’s EPCR Challenge Cup quarter-final with Racing 92 at Dexcom Stadium.

There’s a relatively clean bill of health in the squad, with long-term absentees Sean O’Brien (hamstring) and Byron Ralston (knee) the only players ruled out of the game at this stage.

Peter Dooley (calf) has returned to full training following a strain that caused him to miss the last three games, while Piers O’Conor has recovered from illness following his late withdrawal from the Cardiff game.

Cian Prendergast continues to progress through GRTP procotols this week, and a decision on his availability will be made later in the week.
