Chris Cook will make the first Aviva Premiership start of his Bath Rugby career against London Welsh on Saturday (3pm).
The scrum-half, who helped the Exiles win promotion during a loan stint at the Kassam Stadium in June, replaces veteran Peter Stringer in a Bath XV showing three changes to the side that won 29-20 at Sale Sharks last Saturday.
They will come up against a London Welsh side skippered by former Rec hero Olly Barkley, who will be making his first playing return to the city since leaving for France in 2012.
