Challenge Cup Round 4 Preview

The European Challenge Cup heads into Round 4 this weekend and while Worcester Warriors defeat to Pau was a shock to many, we still got three unbeaten sides in the in the competition, two hailing from the Top 14 and one from the Premiership.
Last weekend saw Clermont Auvergne and La Rochelle secured their third bonus-point victories in the tournament, while Sale Sharks also managed the same.
All three of side sides are playing at home this weekend, which could see them stretch their current form for one more week. Clermont are up against the Dragons, while La Rochelle welcome the Bristol Bears to the Stade Marcel-Deflandre and Sale take on Bordeaux at the AJ Bell Stadium.
This weekend two biggest matches are arguably Agen vs Grenoble and Perpignan up against Irish side Connacht which is on Friday.

The Competitions Leading Points Scorers:
La Rochelle’s No, 10 Maxime Lafage is still the competitions leading points scorer with 47 points. The flyhalf has scored one try and has converted 21 conversions in three rounds of play.
England international and Shale Sharks star is the leading try scorer in the tournament at this point. The 31-year-old winger, who is Saracens all-time leading try scorer, has crossed the try line on five occasions in the competition already.
