Cardiff Rugby confirm the signing of Welsh-qualified prop Rhys Litterick on a long-term contract.
The tight-head prop joins the Blue and Blacks from Harlequins and linked up with the first-team squad for the start of pre-season.
He has quickly settled into life in Cardiff and is relishing the opportunity to take his career to the next level at the Arms Park.
The 24-year-old said: “I’m over the moon and really excited to be here. We’ve had a good couple of weeks of being in now and the boys have been class, training is really good.

“The whole idea around coming here was to get out of my comfort zone. I want to do that to get better. I want to compete with the boys here and to try to get my name in that match-day 23.”
Litterick was a late-comer to professional rugby and did not come through the academy route but he was picked up by Harlequins while playing for Worthing.
He impressed while on trial and made six appearances for the English outfit, where he worked with former Cardiff and Wales tight-head Adam Jones.
