Caelan Doris pens new Leinster deal

Ireland back rower Caelan Doris has signed a new deal to remain at Leinster along with winger Jordan Larmour and Tommy O'Brien.
There is no central for Doris, yet, despite him being a regular squad member and starter for Andy Farrell's side.
Having missed last year's Six Nations due to a concussion, the 23-year-old returned ahead of the July tests and starred during the November internationals. Doris started all five games during the 2017 U20 Six Nations when playing a year young at that age level and featured at the 2017 U20 World Championship in Georgia.
The Ballina native played his club rugby with St. Mary's College & and missed the entirety of the 2018 U20 Six Nations Championship through injury. In May 2018, after making his first senior appearance for Leinster against Connacht in the Pro 14, Doris was upgraded from an Academy contract to senior status for the 2018-19 season. Just a few weeks later, he was named to captain Ireland U20 side at the World Rugby U20 Championships in France.
Joining Doris in signing on with Leinster is fellow Ireland international Jordan Larmour. Larmour first came to prominence as he starred for St Andrew’s College in various Leinster school's cup campaigns. As a traditionally strong hockey-playing school, he represented St Andrew’s at both sports from first year and would go onto win All-Ireland titles and Ireland underage caps during his time in Booterstown.
Doris is nearing 50 appearances for Leinster featuring 47 times for the Province scoring seven tries.
Larmour attentions swayed towards rugby in his fourth year when he was selected for the Irish U18s squad. He became the second-youngest player to score a World Cup try for Ireland after Brian O'Driscoll (20-254) on 2 October 1999 against USA.
He excelled during the 2017 U20 Six Nations championship, capping off an outstanding championship, playing on the right-wing in Ireland’s first three games – scoring two tries against Italy – before a move into fullback for the clashes with Wales and France. He made his Leinster senior debut in the opening round of the 2017-18 Pro14 away to Dragons, scoring a try on debut.
He has become a regular squad member for Ireland since his test debut and represented his country at the 2019 Rugby World Cup. To date, he has played 70 times for Leinster scoring 24 tries.
23-year-old Tommy O'Brien has re-signed with the Province having made 16 appearances for the side. He has scored three tries in that time and made a stand-out try-saving tackle against the Lions last weekend at the RDS.
