Billy Vunipola out of third Test after arm fracture

England No. 8 Billy Vunipola will miss the third and final Test against South Africa after re-fracturing his arm in last Saturday's loss to the Springboks in Bloemfontein.

The Saracens forward appeared to sustain the injury in a collision with Springboks hooker Bongi Mbonambi and came off just shy of half-time in the 23-12 defeat as South Africa wrapped up the series.

Vunipola broke the same arm on club duty for Saracens in a 15-15 draw against the Ospreys back in January and only returned to action in April.

He will be assessed further after returning to England, but the 36-times capped international could be set for another lengthy spell on the sidelines.
