Comments from Argentina assistant coach Felipe Contepomi at a media briefing on Friday ahead of their quarter-final against Wales at Stade de Marseille on Saturday, 14 October.

Felipe Contepomi, assistant coach

On his thoughts on the Wales team:

"They play a very consistent game. They are a very good team and their coaching ticket is very good, I know them well. I assume we’ll have a very tough afternoon."

On Agustin Creevy becoming the fifth-oldest player in Rugby World Cup history:

"It’s a good fact. I didn’t know that. Thank you very much, one more to congratulate him.

"Agustin is a great player for Argentina. He’s had a great career and hopefully he can get on to the pitch and get his quality on because it’s admirable how, at his age, he’s playing some of the best footy of his life. For me, it’s really honourable. I’ll tell him that fact, he’ll be happy."
