Ma’a Nonu
Toulon fans will be licking their lips at the thought of a centre partnership of Nonu and Bastareaud when the All Black joins them from the Hurricanes after the World Cup. Nonu joins a Toulon side that once had Tama Umaga and Sonny Bill Williams in their ranks and he will hope bring even more silverware to the current French and European champions.
Adam Ashley-Cooper
Capped over 100 times by the Wallabies, Adam Ashley-Cooper will end his international career and join Bordeaux Begles after the World Cup. He leaves the Waratahs to join a Bordeaux side who are improving each year in the Top 14, and are looking good for a place in the Champions Cup next season.
Dan Carter
Dan Carter will bring an end to his New Zealand career after the World Cup, after signing for Racing Metro next season where he will be the highest paid player in Rugby Union. He may have already played for Perpignan in 2008 but that was only for five games with injuries preventing him from playing many games. With Sexton returning to Leinster next season Carter is a replacement that every Racing Metro fan will be delighted with.
James Horwill
Horwill has represented and captained his country and won a Super Rugby title with the Queensland Red and will now continue his career in England when he joins Harlequins after the World Cup. Horwill will bring a wealth of experience to Quins and will look to guide them to their first Premiership title since 2011.
Conrad Smith
When the rumours started that Smith would be leaving New Zealand and the Hurricanes it was thought it would be between Toulon,Toulouse or Racing Metro to win his signature. However Smith will be joining ProD2 side Pau. Although Pau are cruising to the D2 title at the moment and are on course for promotion. This shows that Pau have money to spend and Smith may not be the only star signing for next season.
