I'm only noticing that Sean Maitland is on the pitch! Goes to show how quiet he has been. 60 minutes gone.
Williams steps up to cover for his fly half who is down receiving attention to his shoulder.
The game is moving at a snails pace. There seems to be a handling error off every other phase and to add to the misery each scrum has to be reset at least twice! Very frustrating stuff!
Matawalu intervenes yet again to spoil another 2 on 1 to prevent a certain try! He lost the ball forward and may have been sent to the bin on another day. But today it's only a scrum.
A powerful run from Maule breaks several tackles as he charges into the Glasgow 22. The back peddling Warrior defence were scrambling and Lamont is binned for slowing the ball down.
The danger isn't over yet for Glasgow though as Williams feeds a 5m scrum.
Glasgow make a mess of a cross field kick from Priestland. Scarlets gather the ball but Matawalu does superbly to foil a standard 2 on 1 between Williams and Williams.
It's the Scarlet's who get the brighter start to this half. Early pressure is rewarded with a penalty. Unlike the Warriors, the Scarlets opt for the more conservative decision as Priestland calls on the tee.
As we approach HT the homeside win another penalty at the scrum (after numerous resets!) Rhys Priestland lines this one up
The try is given. Scarlets will be worried now as Rob McCusker limps off.
