C'mon Clermont!
Bien !!!! Animo
Vamoooss!!
Wtf that no.9 makes a lot mistakes so far
There is a difference between club and international rugby. Armitage was a average international player. He isn't used to international rugby. Lancaster wouldn't just throw him into a World Cup. Also Robshaw is a much better flanker, there is no room for armitage in lancaster's New England side
vamoosss!!
He may not have the international experience but no doubt does he have the talent. For Armitage to get man of the match in the final and to have such a huge input in toulons cup winning side. He really should be chosen even if it's just a spot on the bench.
Armitage is well better than any other English flankers
Morgan Parra was offside at the ruck before the charge down, should have been Toulon penalty
Robshaw sucks
Sam you obviously know nothing about rugby... Average tackle count for robs haw is in the 20s... Higher than anyone else
Robshaw is the best 7 in the world currently. Average of 19 tackles per game 2 turnovers per game and is the best England captain since Johnson. So Sam you know nothing
Daire, Armitage is a good club player but it's a huge step up to international level. I know because my uncle is Joe Roff the Australian winger. Armitage isn't a good enough international player
Robshaw's not a great 7, he's decent there at best but he could be a quality 6. He just doesn't have the attacking flair or head to be a 7 really. But no doubt he's a good player and a fantastic leader.
This is from a hateful Welshman by the way
However Robshaw does the unseen work, he's the glue of the team. Much like Richard Hill from 2003. You call him average but in real life he is every bit the world class 7, hard working committed and consistent. He completely outplayed Mcaw in the autumn statistically and didn't let Sam Warbuton get one turnover in the six nations. That is what a world class open side should do
Also Lancaster is playing him at 7 and captain. Not Armitage. Lancaster has already said that he won't pick overseas players there is no point continuing the debate.
