Flood gets the second half underway for Newcastle, taken by Adeolokun

The Bristol Bears take a 19-10 lead over the Newcastle Falcons into halftime. Newcastle picked up a yellow card 11 minutes in, but despite their numerical disadvantage ran in the opening try to lead 7-0. The Falcons added a penalty after 24 minutes to open up a ten point gap. Bristol crossed for two tries in quick succession around the half hour mark to hit the front 14-10. Bristol then ran in try number three with the final play of the half to hold a nine point advantage at the break.
